Delivery policies

Canada Post makes our deliveries in Canada. For the United States and International deliveries, UPS takes over from customs.

Please allow 10 working days for processing and delivery of all orders shipped to Canadian destinations. Orders delivered to the United States and International destinations may take a little longer.

Most of the orders placed before 5 p.m. (EST) are processed and shipped within three working days.

Processing and delivery times for the order are not guaranteed.

Please note that delivery times vary depending on the destination.

For Canada, you will receive your order from three to five days after it has been shipped. For the United States and international destinations, it will take about two weeks. However, delivery times may vary with customs processing, over which we have no control.

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable, except if the product is defective. If this is the case, please refer to the Guarantee section for more information.

Working days are from Monday to Friday, except for Canadian public holidays.

Policy of return and refunding

If a product turns out to be defective, we will be happy to help you return the item. Please let us know about a defective product within 10 days of delivery by calling us at 418-626-3716 for authorization to return the merchandise, and tell us what payment method you used. Please return the defective item in its original packaging.


Export policies

Orders shipped to customers residing outside of Canada may incur additional duties and costs at the time of delivery. For more information on customs, duties and taxes, please refer to your country's customs website.
