2012 Effigy's Required
This year, everyone aged 8 and over will need an Effigy to enter the Carnival site. It costs $13 and gives you access to Place Desjardins, the Plains of Abraham, and over 250 activities, events and shows! Wear it proudly and come show off your colours from January 27 to February 12!

The Warm-Up On January 28!
The Québec Winter Carnival in association with Loto-Québec is announcing Warm-up on the 28th, a breathtaking evening, at Bonhomme’s Palace in Place Loto-Québec. This event, organized in concert with KG2 (Full Moon Party), will showcase many popular music stars, on January 28, starting at 7 p.m. For more information, click HERE!

The New Carnival Program is Now Available!
The program for the 58th presentation of the Québec Winter Carnival in collaboration with Loto-Québec has been officially launched! From January 27 to February 12, winter pleasure buffs will have a wide range of activities to choose from, including several new ones.

2012 Effigy!
The Effigy is now available at several stores in the Greater Québec City area, including Uniprix, Metro and Couche-Tard. The Family Package (4 Effigies for $40) is also available at these stores and from our online boutique. Groups of 25 people or more can order Effigies on line and benefit from a discount!
